The ST125-8A arrived today and I started putting it together. Looks good with decent owner's manual. Big gas tank. No instructions on assemble but I've done this before. Has a charcoal canister plus air injection system so must be 50 state? Forgot to order magnetic drain plugs so I just did that.
Photos tomorrow.
Got some extensions on turn signals which I will remove. A 18mm locking nut on front axle, luckily I have a socket to fit since I don't have a open or box end 18mm wrench.
Great! Looking forward to your photos, and a ride report too.
Finished putting her together late in the day as I was working on other projects.

She would not start because no spark. Dug out the electrical diagram and first thing I noticed was the side stand switch. Side stand must be up to get spark.
She fired right up with side stand retracted and off I went for a ride. Sure likes to wheeley. Seems to have good power.
Man, sure is a lot of hoses and crap for the CARB stuff. My first experience with all that. There is even a hose on the float bowl drain port that feed the gas some where. Need to make a plate for the air injection port and remove the charcoal canister. There is no vent on the gas cap so what do I do?
Just drill a hole in the cap and add a one way vent?
Great looking bike! It is Skyteam, but is it via SSR (not sure who else markets the Skyteam Z50 replica since I know Skyteam USA does not)? Ice Bear has a couple similar bikes, but based on other Honda mini trail bikes. In fact, your upcoming Ice Bear sidecar is based on a different Honda mini bike.
Here is another version:

Don't know if it is a Skyteam, Roketa, or just what. Certainly it has a different gas tank.
Did the MSO come with,or do you have to wait for it?
I'd check the fuel cap. There should be a check valve in there to keep vacuum from building up.If there is a vent line for the tank, just extend it down below the engine. That's how my yz125 was done.I replaced it with a cap and tube.I plugged the old tank vent with a vacuum fitting.
MSO did not come with the bike.
See MSO Request at http://gokartsusa.com/gokartsusacust...0603-1437.aspx for info.
Also need to fill out this and email it.

Definitely no vent or check valve in the gas cap. I need a vented cap or maybe I can fit a one way valve to the tank vent hose?

I have one and will try it.
BTW there is also a fuel shut off valve on the carb in addition to the one on the tank.
Bummer: no trip meter.
