if i were you i'd just go ahead and replace the rim, the only other option i could see is getting the rim you have resealed, but i wouldn't know where to take it or how much it would cost. it should be covered under your parts warranty at ScooterDepot unless you're past your 6 months. if you're willing to spend the money you could always check with your local motorcycle shop and try to get some alloy rims that would fit so you don't have to worry about any spokes.

Hey guys, you might want to start calling me "Squeaky". On my leaky rim problem I just made it under the 6

mth. warrenty by 6 days. Said if it is in stock they will get it out to me, if not they would have to order

it. But claim they are going to honer the warrenty none the less. we'll see in the next few days. I removed

the air injector and relocated the ignition. Looks much cleaner now. I am just going to plug the holes for the

time being to see if it runs ok for me. Will make it permanent then. 50 miles with the 38 tooth sprocket on it now. And the drag bars are great. If I get the air leak taken care of I'll be happy with the bike.:right
No, I got to do something with those mirrors. They stick up way to high. But that's down the road.

I have a question whats the furthest distance have any of you gone in a single day on your DFRTB

me only 80 miles , but its all highway once a week

when you say in one day, do you mean in one straight ride, or the whole day? i've gone to a party that was 47miles one direction and 47 miles back = 92 miles. my longest ride without stopping was 71 miles, and that crappy rubber seat was a killer on my ass. i actually just got my 3 inch heavy duty springs for my new seat today and reinstalled it, sooooo much nicer, i'll post pics tomorrow. a while back i bought 5 inch springs and they were just way too long and not stiff enough so the seat rocked left and right.

Well just took the plunge and ordered my DF from extremescooters.biz, I'm excited and cant wait I also already ordered a drag bar and 35t sproket :clap:

I am running the 38 tooth sproket. Runs great, Takes off a little slow. Let me know how the 35 tooth sproket works out for I have concidered going that route also.

As it takes all of 20 minutes to change out the sprocket, I might run both. Depending on the ride that day, :seesaw_smilie:

Sorry all I forgot to introduce myself I'm Aaron I'm 24 and from Nebraska this will be my second bike my first was a ninja. Ghost your DF looks awesome, I wish there were more vids on YouTube of the DFs.
