Nothing. I do have a Honda CG125 haynes manual scanned. This is generally available all over the web. Apart from general layout it doesn't really help for Chinese engines.

Sounds good.I will work on it on the weekend.
One of the first ones I plan to do is the "big bore kit" for my 250.
I need torque specs for the head bolt ect for this CG250 Zong before I start into it though........

Although not exactly the same bike, the torque specs on this calss of bike should be approximately the same. The QingQi 200 specs for the head bolts are as follows. If needed, adding a few ft.lbs wouldn't blow anything up...
This is a Forchetto-gram...

Also, have you contacted SAGA Canada to see if they can be of any assistance on this matter...

I do contact them but sometimes it does take a while to get a hold of the mechanic to get info. They are very helpfull I find, just busy.I Was hoping it would be faster to ask online.:mwink:
The "big bore" kit arrived from China but it is only a regular 670mm piston so it possibly ended up being a mix up as I am thinking this kit they sent would make a 200cc into a 250 ( well 220cc).
I may have to wait another 4-6 weeks to hopefully get the right stuff.
Hey guys new guy here. I an trying to locate a service manual for the Zongshen 200-250cc pushrod engine. I have a Hisun 250cc atv that has a busted reverse gear and it also damaged the left crankcase. So a manual would be great!
Thanks
