It's not that a similar bike is not already being made by Galaxy with the OHC 223cc either...just nobody is importing them.

Jinan Qingqi makes this motorcycle and offers it with a 125cc Suzuki engine in the UK, it could easily receive a 199cc engine and be offered for sale in the USA.

The Minsk M4 200 has a OHC 200 likely from Loncin CB (honda) types and are rated slightly lower then the GS (Suzuki engines)
