hi felix, i read your amazing journey story, i wish i could do same thing similar.
My antique suzuki gs engine runs hot, a hard ride or climbing quickly overheats it, and lose power. Modification was done easily, no drilling welding involved, changed stock oil filter cap and oil plug, install the rest of kit, that was it. Regard to reliability, I have hard ridden it over 200 km so far, no oil leak(sealing is fine), engine runs smoother. I don't have chance to ride it more until I get to my hometown, as bike is there.

I have a pulse adrenaline 125 and I'm thinking of upgrade it to 150cc with a bore kit. The bore kit that you bought was easy to fit? It requires mecanical adjustments?
The bike is running good so far?

I don't know pulse adrenaline 125 whether is upgradable with that kit, but from what I see internet picture it seems has identical gs125 engine. still better make sure it would fit. Mine was done in about 2 hours by some mechanic. Are you planning DIY? I suggest getting a repair manual at least.
the bike has been running good for over 1000km, except I spotted tiny oil leakage at heat dissipation fin, leaking from gasket, maybe the bolt wasn't tighten with enough torque.

Yes I'm plannig do it myself if there is not needed specific tools! I already have a repair manual.
I just want to know if the engine needs to be drilled to accommodate a larger piston.
If there is no need to drill the engine, I think that I can make it.
There is a guy on youtube that already did that: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NkG6YFiaG5s and a I think that he uses the same kit that you.

I'm already speaking with him to know how difficult it was.
Another question, do you know what kind of piston you use? the seller says that are two types of pistons: flat top piston and raised piston. I really don't know what kind of piston is the correct for my bike .

all tools needed should be mention in engine rebuilt section (assuming Suzuki manual you have). and just take apart parts need to take, I would not disassemble cylinder head completely, you needed valve tools to do that. you also need liquid gasket, moly grease. and put parts back by manual, readjust the valve gap -- a special tool needed to measure the gap, that's all.
