bojer,
If you are talking about the Yamaha , a kick starter can be added but I've never needed one on my XT225 in 5 years.
It's funny but most of my "cheap" Chinese bikes come with a kick starter but not my "expensive" Japanese one.
Yep the Honda CRF230 does not have a kickstart but my Loncin "copy" does - and a rear disc !
Gives the option of starting from cold on the kickstart to give the battery an easier time if you're keen !
I have heard of the TTR250 starter clutches giving problems on the older/high mileage bikes .
I had a 110 Monkey bike with e/s and k/s , I took the kick start off as it got in the way / the bike always started on the e/s easily and would not be hard to bump anyway :riding:

Also bear in mind I am well over 6' so would cause some "interest" when riding it !
Seem to have attached a pic of my old Haotian but cannot remove it !
Sorry guys. I am a retard and forgot that I posted this question a long time ago! I am here now, and I am looking at the same bike, so it seems like all my questions were already answered here. Thanks alot!
