If you look track only then the Ducati will do. No way to be streetlegal in China with that.
There is a guy in Shanghai trying to sell a track bike in Shanghai Circuit, serch the forum, he may have more insight on track bikes available.

Most people here are looking in "affordable" streetlegal bikes

International brands that are legally available are BMW, Harley Davidson, Ducati, Benelli. Of the Japanese some bikes are CCC homolagted, but no dealer network known of.
Local bikes are the ones China V mentioned, Yamaha YBR250, or Jialing JH600 - not really track toys.
