new rider from BeiJing

Actually I don't know LJH at all other than from reading his funny and warm-hearted posts in this forum. Hope he is good enough a sport not to take offense form those "You know you are an old fart...." quotes. As matter of fact he can't really mad at me, as I am pretty much a LaoJiaHuo myself.

Personally I like this one:
"..... you stoop to tie your shoelaces and wonder what else you could do while you're down there.".
In my age, those shoelaces just seem to be so much further away than before.

BTW, welcome to the forum. Maybe one of these days the JH600 comrades from both Beijing and Shanghai, or any other provinces for that matter, can organize a meet/rally or something somewhere. That would be fun.

Hahaha ... I am too old to take offense! With age comes wrinkly, thick skin (ya just don't give a rat's a$$ anymore!). One nice thing about "maturity".

A JH600 "JHamboree" (stealing from Mr. Euph) is a great idea - I'd be there with bells on my boots - shoelaces are too much trouble!
