Forgot to add it did turn on and start again after that stop at the servo and then went OK for a while and was cutting off again just cruising along few times and had to clutch in and out to restart it while still rolling in traffic.

Check the engine stop switch in side stand. It is often that this part switch engine off randomly.
Ended up figuring it out. New battery had a dead cell. Didn't think that would be the problem as I had just purchased the battery and was working.
