Well, I myself am just quoting the website I plan to get it from. They mark it at 18.77hp. Now you guys can't really think that sometimes the company run lower #s to the EPA for different reasons? I have looked on several sites about this model and most sites have it around 16-18hp. The HP rating is really not overly important to me. I am buying this just for training how to ride and a promo ride when I launch my clothing company.
