Re: sluggish power pulse adrenaline 125
ah thats no good sounds like you've had a bit of a nightmare. i went to fit mine but realised i had the wrong one there wasn't enough splines on it. i've ordered a 16 tooth 1 now instead hopefully that won't catch on the wires. i saw they are pretty close to the existing sprocket. i hope you get it all sorted soon mate!

If your looking for a nice airfilter for the pulse adrenaline you should buy one of these Ebay item number 161051738594 already has the rain protector installed and looks really cool! had it on my RMR 125 for a while with no problems.Just leave the breather hoses on the carb and the ones on the engine casing if your installing just tuck them out the way

Attachment 13139 hopefully that helps with where the hoses go clearest picture I have if it uploads
Re: sluggish power pulse adrenaline 125
The pipe going from the engine to the air filter box is called the crank case breather, it directs combustion gasses that escape past the piston rings back through the intake as a cheap way to control emissions. The other hose sucks in fresh air and mixes it with the exhaust gasses just before it enters the exhaust manifold to burn up any remaining fuel and again reduce emissions. These hoses aren't essential to the operation of the engine and do not have to be connected to an air box but they should be left in place and tied down somewhere, it's also a good idea to attach a piece of cloth to the ends of the hoses to prevent debris getting inside them.
If you fit a cone filter you need to find a way to prevent water from getting sucked inside it or your engine will just blow up during heavy rain, as my filter isn't visible from the outside I just placed half a 2l plastic drink bottle around the filter and it works perfectly but there are more elegant ways to waterproof it.
