Those 3 are available here in Shanghai and can be plated legally:

Kawasaki Ninja 650f => 80K RMB (er6-n is 76K).

Suzuki V-strom 650 => 138K RMB

Honda NC700X => 140K.

Add around 5K of paperwork.

Edit:

Went to Kawasaki shop yesterday, they tell me they aren't sure as of when can one actually ride the bikes, it was supposed to be december, but they say January 30th, now, adding it may extend till April.

The bikes are here though, seems to be to legal issue.
