Dayun is part of a behemoth of a manufacturing group , the DY150-29 looks to have a pretty generic 150cc engine they offer a DY200 198cc which looks to be their own, not an exact copy of a Honda or Suzuki. Here is an image of one and another example of a crash baton.

Dayan did not copy the Suzuki Gixxer, they just made a model that looks similar.
