Re: LivinProof's Superbyke RSP125
Actually I did read that and many others, but there is just something wrong. I've tried everything and It's either too rich or too lean. It got better after I changed the spark plug but It's still not perfect, gets flooded with the 3/4 throttle and up. I still have the 38mm k&n style air filter from the old carb, so this might be the issue.
Re: LivinProof's Superbyke RSP125
I was away for a week, therefore no updates, but while i was away some parts came by. The CDI unit and the foam air filter are here, so far i've managed to fit the filter, but didn't have time for the CDI nor to adjust the carb. The foam filter is much bigger than the K&N style i used to have, so It should make a difference.
Here's some pictures for comparison:

And that's the CDI unit, really hoping that I got the right one ;)

EDIT:
Don't want to tripe post, so just edting ;) Just fitted the new CDI unit and adjusted the carb. Runs perfect! Needle on the richest setting and air/fuel screw at 1,5 turn, finally have a full throttle range, although I'll try to fit 110 main jet, as I think i could squeeze some more at the top end. With the new CDI engine runs much healthier and revs much higher.

I'll think about 17T sprocket and an ignition coil. Definitely gonna need better braking now, too :D
Also, anyone knows what this part is for? I only just noticed and can't figure out :D
