You're right doc 98 exists in Ningbo, but it's a rare bird in my parts. I am persnickety about fuel, there are about 8 stations in my riding territory, but only one has 98 and its a 45 min drive.
As a side note, I just checked my manual and it specs 95 RON. Mine is MY15, maybe MY16 has a more aggressive timing map and needs the higher octane?
My MY16 Duke also says 95. Now that the bike is well broke in this problem sorted its self out. It still happens but it is really rare now.
