I wonder about the power to weight ratio with these, the RX3 is considered heavy, wonder what these weigh, if lighter they could be about the same since they have less power? It’s just not a vehicle that anyone would consider a home run, the only advantage they would have would or could be on prices. They would need to cost less than the Zonghen RX3.
The Piaggio DOHC single as a 125cc has great potential within the EU, the bored-out versions would only sell well in Asian markets. However, a line a very affordable 20hp 200cc engines could sell reasonably well in the Americas, even in the USA if they were priced correctly, which would be under 3k. The 3-4K price range here in the USA is getting more and more offerings every year. Entry level and maybe a rediscovered interests in small light motorcycles?
