hello everybody here I am with a new update my bike is manufactured by CHONGQING YINXIANG MOTORCYCLE (GROUP) CO., LTD. and the engine is confirmed it is 164FML aparently this company have some relationship with HyosungQuote:

Yeah Yinxiang were making the GT250 for Hyosung at one time, that relationship may or may not still exist.
Your best bet for knowledge or support would be Motomel owners if they are also made by Yinxiang.
The serial number on the frames would begin with LB4 if they are also Yinxiang that is their WMI (world manufacturing ID)
Union may have a relationship with Yinxiang

On the Union website they list the above model which is an old Hyosung model GF125
That has a 125cc with a 4-valve engine and comes in a version with faring.
