Attachment 13269Attachment 13268 small update on my bike before I install this big bore kit, fitted some more of the vinyl and tonight after work installing fat bars and new grips and pro taper bar pad which kinda ties in with the custom vinyl ,possibly need to relocate the ignition barrel due to the bar pad being square and would get in the way of the key and a few other mods to get the bars to fit
Awesome !have a safe trip
Installation complete fat bars, new grips and bar pad installed need to move the ignition barrel tomorrow so making a bracket.Attachment 13272 Attachment 13273
Hey got the koso speedo from eBay a few months back
Attachment 13281 Day time shot of the new handlebars ,went a little test ride this morning and felt a big difference straight away ! The bike felt more comfortable to ride and steer generally better all round and feels a lot more up to date and sporty i would recommend fat bars on this bike ,the stock bars feel really poor after you've drivin with these on it
alright mate nice bike them clocks did they plug straight in?
Thanks mate
Hey,thanks! it doesnt plug straight in unfortunatly it does needs to be wired up,but the speedo's universal so will work on most bikes all you'll need is the haynes manual for the bike so you know which wire goes where etc. I've made a note of the wiring code after i installed it on my bike so if you ever get this speedo and have a simmilar bike give me a shout save you messeing with wires and possibly damaging the unit
ithink i will give you a pm at some point
Not a problem,i've found a better way to mount the speedo for anybody that buys it too  ignition keys dont get in the way now
i have got purchased the same alarm as you
Good stuff! it's a nice piece of kit and the ability to blast your own tunes through it gets you a few stares lol people cant get over the fact you have a radio/Mp3 player sound system built into your bike! if you need any help wiring it up give me a shout, speakers mount straight on to your wing mirror mounts.I've been busy installing my 150cc big bore kit ,the top ends off the bike and i've filled the SAI hole and filed down the eproxy weld flush on the original head so putting it all back together over the weekend just been tied down with work anyway lots of pics coming on soon  cant wait
I've mounted my alarm unit behind the front headlight fairing and clocks so I can access the USB port and also take the memory card out when I want to add new tunes on it ,I've ran the red + and black - from the back of the alarm to the battery terminals as you can turn it off with the fob so it barely touches your battery ! the speakers wire straight into the back of the alarm too,you could mount the speakers under the seat out the way there really powerfull for the size you'd still hear them
Attachment 13470 here's where I recommend you install the alarm box this when I had the old clocks
Yep that's how it tells you in the instructions ,never had a problem with it
just worried about it getting wet? might put it under the seat and run a extended card reader to the front
how much did you end up payin for the dep s3
I got the DEP S3 for £199 of eBay with free postage and comes with a bigger main jet ,good end can it looks huge when you see it on the bike up close but there's no weight in it what so ever and sounds amazing ,best thing I bought for my bike so far :)

nicely done really want to fit mine was it easy enough to do?
Thanks ,it was ok ran into a few issues with 2 stuck dowel pins but managed to free them eventually and questioned if i had the piston round the right but turns out i had though and also wondered if i made the right choice blocking the SAI hole off with eproxy weld as it seemed to look like it was lining up ok but i just blocked it off in the end
You should i took it for a quick test drive and it certainly seems to feel more powerfull, but wont know till its ran in i guess so my next move is to change the gearing and bigger pilot jet for the carb and i've ordered a new headlight and front mud guard because i was bored lol so shall update again shorty with new pics of the bike
