if you bought it in the same state , they (who you bought it from) are obligated to register it and have the plates sent to your house

mine didnt require certificate of origin , just me calling them and giving them the vin numbers bolted to the frame

Skull: I just came from the Etsy site, waiting on a quote. I have been looking for someone to make a cover for my saddle. Here is a pic of my DF. Leather seat cover and possibly a tank cover will make an improvement I think.

I dunno, in my endless search for a perfect bike I have begun to think that could it be so that customs/choppers/bobbers are the edge of evolution. Those bikes at least aren't covered with ridiculous amount of garbage.

UPDATES ON GHOSTS SEAT COVER!! Here it is on a DF saddle, it has a 1/2 high density foam padding, black leather, white upholstery thread top stitched and full adjustablity via velcro straps on the bottom. The tank cover will be cut from the same piece of leather and done in the same fashion. The bottom of the cover actually conforms to the seat through brass grommets.Attachment 10031Attachment 10032Attachment 10033
