Where can I order one of these HQ250. I have searched around and nearly purchased the DF250RTB until I came across this one, but I can not find a site to order one from.

I called the toll free number once and was told by the person who answered the phone that they are still in business and they asked for a number to have a rep call me back….I was not really interested so I did not, but that would be your best route to call the people that were importing the bikes.
