Thanks,

I think what was meant was that the real Kwaka ER-6N and ER-6F are available in PRC legally for a bit more money since they are made in Thailand and seemingly imported under some more favourable ASEAN trade agreement/pact. The pricing of the Kwaka is around double that of the CF650NK which is often talked about as being a "copy" of the Kwaka. That's how I took the comments...
Re: Honda NC700X available in Shanghai!
Ha ok, ou were talking about cfmoto, make sense.
What about the er6n, is it the edition from 2013 which is available in China?
Er6n is 76k, including Abs system?

er6n = 76000 RMB
er6f = 79500 RMB
Changning rd / Songhong Rd
:)
They both have ABS..
Oh, and u probably have to order and wait like 3 or 4 months...
Cost me an EXTRA 5000 RMB to order a Z250 because of taxes and paperwork fees, then in December I got to pay full bike price to ride off...
Re: Honda NC700X available in Shanghai!
Thanks,
Changning rd near Songhong rd, do u have the exact adress or is the shop exactly located at the crossroad of these 2 streets?
So basically what you're saying is that it's a Kawasaki shop without Kawasakis (despite the pictures), right?
Cheers.

I sympathise, it is a pain in the arse so to speak that one often cannot see the bike in the "flesh" let alone touch it, play with it and otherwise man-handle it. To say nothing of getting seat time or a test ride. But, TIC and this Kwaka shop iseems pretty much the norm in my experience. I've bought several bikes including my CFMoto branded bikes based on what I found by trawling the net, conversations with the local Suzuki/Haojue dealer/shop that also carried CFMoto amongst other brands at the time. Basically I paid my deposit sight unseen and awaited the arrival of the bike(s), upon my satisfaction the balance due, would be payable. The Kwaka dealer is no different than others including BMW Motorrad SH, where bikes are bought on deposit with a 3-4 month delivery time. Granted they do at least have a model for viewing and even in some instances a test ride, but it doesn't include all the range.
Yamaha USA did exactly the same for the Super Tenere XT1200Z. Pre-pay deposit first as part of a predelivery program and slowly over 3-6 months bikes were released to those on the special program. Reason being was that initially the XT1200Z wasn't slated for release in the USA, however interest etc turned that decision around.
