Notice that the Xinling offering have a “CBR” that is a SOHC 150 engine and rated under the actual Honda CBR125R offered in the UK, that real Honda is a 125cc SOHC 2-valve engine and has 13hp@10000rpm were the Chinese 150 SOHC 2-valve has 12.92@9000RPM
The Chinese “CBR150” is not even close to a real Honda CBR150.…that Honda engine again is a DOHC 4-valve with 18hp.

If you operate under French law, you could get in trouble for selling those.
The Chinese industry, that being so many of the companies within it make those and so many sell those under so many names they made its really difficult for Honda to address the matter.
However if Honda has dealers on that Island any one Honda dealer could come after you legally for selling those. I am not that up on French law or if that island operates under EU laws. But since these copies are being sold in the UK it seems that enforcement is weak, but actually it’s the retail end that is simply completely and utterly lacking in any knowledge. But all it takes is the Honda dealer to talk with a person that has the knowledge and then schooling occurs.
Who knows… Honda’s legal staff may and likely are considering an action plan, my recommendation are in offering up regional distributor training on how to address violation in their markets and also how to educate local dealer and empower them to take action.
If you got caught selling fake Christian Dior in Paris…its actually considered criminal All it takes is a person that sells the real product to take action .
Thing about vehicles is that they all get registered and then sales can be counted, and the value is recorded to because they are taxed, the sum of that is cumulative damages, the more you sell the more they are likely to come after you.
You might consider dropping any references to winners and losers and switch to what is actually right and wrong and why.
