Hi Noel, it will be great if you also can help me out! I life 3 years in Dongguan, have a Chinese car license but cannot find someone around Guangdong to get the motorcycle license!

No way for a foreigner to get a motorbike license in GuangDong at the moment, believe me I have tried. I seem to have found the way to do this in HuNan, if I am successful I will et you know.

Apologies for the delayed reply.. I contacted the guy that did mine last year to see if i could get it for Symon and after some checking, he got back to me with a no can do!

secondly - yes GD motorcycle licenses are a tricky business, i had to go to Hainan 18 months ago to get mine. I'll text the lady in charge and see if it's still possible, i believe things may have tightened up and got more expensive recently. Do you still need?
