Or is this "Motocykl" newspaper so blind, and ignorant.

Why can't they write the True?
That is actually quite an compliment to china motorcycle industry, if Romet claims it is made in Poland.
I am with Benjamin, however I cannot translate the article, what exactly does it claim.
I have to wonder if Romet is actually assembling all these new models in Poland, made in and assembled in are two different things. The bikes are all made in China and may be assembled in Poland, however if they keep adding new models it seems that would be very hard to manage. The only real advantage of assembling is when it reduces the total cost. It also adds value to the local economy. The assembly if done in another factory can improve the assembly line quality or not, a matter of control and if it is constantly changing models then that adds degrees of quality control challenges.
Waving a national flag under falsities is really offensive to most. Assuming that your customers do not know any better doubles down on the insult.
What does it say in that article?
The industry in China is changing, it’s evolving even if it is regulated, as it is in degrees, it will evolve relatively organically under market economics. Romet lost its identity as a polish manufacturer some time ago, it is a brand on paper now even if they are assembling other manufactures models domestically. Nothing they offer is exclusive to them, they are not designing and developing, they are basically shopping the manufactures of China.
They may want to study the industry in China, they may want to form a JV partnership as an investor in a Chinese factory? I am forecasting that the industry will be shrinking, there will be factories that become insolvent and it may be possible to buy one. Not outright but up to 49% and then get control of what you offer at the factory. They can continue to sell other makes, but in that they would only be a distributor for the brands. If the Poles are overtly nationalistic then they will buy the Romet brand over the Chinese, it be leveraging and hedging on the unforeseen future.
In 2015 someone started to sell this bike:

Where's that "jianshe Group" claim?
I have noticed that area seems to be the center of productions for the crappy “Racing Motorcycle”.
I can see the FC125 Extreme for sale 2 999 ZL about 789.00 USD.
