Gardo,
Nice looking bike. Is the muffler completely gutted? I wonder if the one from the DF will fit?

My brand spanking new YBR 250.
It's only 2 months old (VIN 201102) and these photos were taken this afternoon, an hour after it came out of the box.

Re: Post pics of your China Street Bike
That's the picture you'll show your grandchildren. "My first bike, with the nipples and factory dust still on the tires. I barely even knew how to work the gears..."
Congratulations!
Ride safely!
-
Re: Post pics of your China Street Bike
hahaha thats a good one, would like the nipples to come with it with the milk ofcourse. well the gears are a bit tricky finding nuetral always squeezing the clutch at every stop and just a matter of getting used to it and the dirt and dust comes from the rough road and terrain from the shop front.

Re: Post pics of your China Street Bike
Wow - nice bike! Congratulations on finally getting it from the dealer - I guess the A plate arrived?
I wouldn't worry too much about Neutral (usually tough to find on a new bike, anyways). Besides, many argue that you should always keep a bike in gear - just use the clutch at stop lights.
Let's ride!

Re: Post pics of your China Street Bike
Gorgeous bike, Gus. That's one beefy looking 250! Love the gold fork and the big retro headlight. Sweet!
Amazing how widely the Qingqi is rebadged. I like this Beta brand!
Thanks for posting.

Taken today at the Battle of the Brits bike show near Detroit.

Ahhh... before anyone congratulates me for taking the highly prestigious First Place - Best of Show trophy... Don't! I'm one of the sponsors of the event and in a cheeky moment, parked my pit bike by the trophy table, grabbed the biggest trophy to set by the bike and snapped a gag photo.
I will say that my DF was parked next to the local Triumph dealer's Thunderbird high-end muscle cruiser and my bike absolutely took all the attention. I had an endless stream of spectators asking me questions and offering praise. Hardly anyone gave the Triumph a second look.:mwink:

Gus hese are Cleveland Cyclewerks bikes based in the States but currently manufactured in China. these are 250 singles that you can buy but I redid both bikes completely. That bobber has close to 12000 miles on it and the cafe is 2 weeks old with 700 miles on it

Gardo,
Thanks for your reply. If there is the possibility, please can you post some pictures of the stock bikes you bought, in order to see the "before and after" of the bikes!
See ya!
