It sounds a little diffrent it's got more grunt to it but I can defo feel a difference when riding it feels like it has lots more power ,just can't wait to run it in and find out and get the carb re jetted hopefully get 70mph out the bike maybe a bit more, been advised to fit a pit bike carb on a diffrent forum and was givin a link so might just go down the route of a new carb instead??.Not sure what else I can do to my bike after that apart from cosmetic it's been a great bike to work on gonna start on my dtr125 next month as its a bit worse for ware :scooter:
what carb was it?
Its a 30mm Mikuni carb will put the link on later when i get in
fitted my alarm today and FUCK ME SIDEWAYS it is loud and i didnt no this but the leds light up aswell when you have the music on which is a nice bonus
Haha glad you like it! How did you go about installing it then did you run the extended card reader for the mp3 side of it or mount the alarm behind the headlight cowel and clocks ,the LEDs on the speakers seem to flash to the bass of music really nice at night :)
Forgot to mention you need to check the alarm now and again to make sure the mp3 isnt on lol ! Glad you got the bore kit installed finding mine really good so far ordered spare rings and a gasket kit for it just incase needed somewhere down the line just need to figure out where i could get a spare piston just incase. How you finding it?
Let me know how it goes when you test it.Yip ive pushed it a little been using the bike non stop trying to run it in ,i've changed the jetting on the carb and tweaked a few bits here and there just need to change the gearing to see the potential top end wise but i can feel the diffrence in every gear its got a ton more power, infact im very shocked the kit has made as much diffrence as its done tbh i feel more safer on the road with the bike now its got that extra power :)

Attachment 14567 small update on my rmr I've installed a new front headlight, changed the sproket set up,decided to paint the 150cc big bore cylinder block red with heat resistant paint, fitted a 115 main jet and bigger pilot jet getting 75-80 mph with my kit now it's ran in ..Oh and I fitted some stickers here and there to cover up scratches on the back panels .Next up is a back drum brake to disc brake conversion and custom tail tidy ..still to fit a new seat and finish the vinyl but not had that much time ,also got a new Chinese bike project I'm starting soon
Hi there mate with your stickers do you have to coat them in lacquer or are they fine as they are?
Hey there,if you mean the Vinyl its just a case of measuring it and cutting it out to fit the pannels and once done just peel back the other end and stick on carefully to make sure you dont get bubbles in it nothing else needed :)
Ok thanks mate i was not sure if you have to cover with lacquer so that they will survive the bad weather?
Also have you got a link to the race cdi that you have?
Thanks
No need to cover the vinyl with lacquer it's got a 7 year life span and is suitable for in door and out door use, it's already protected so no worries :) I got my race cdi of eBay at the start of the year by fluke but they no longer do them ,you'd need to import one from China using taobue which is quite easy and shuld only take a few weeks to arrive if you select ems shipping !im sure there's a link to the cdi on this forum you could inbox spencer2004 or humanbeing there good with the links to parts if you can't find it
Nice thred here, exactly what I have been looking for... Graphics, Speedo and potential big bore on my Sinnis Apache.
Cheers Gents.

Thanks :) if you need any help with anything let me know .And while I'm here I put up an updated pic of the bike for anyone who's interested with new suzuki seat cover ,got quite a few more parts to fit like a dep downpipe to compliment the dep end can that's on it and still to finish the vinyl and bits and bobs and got under bar mirrors to install and get rid of the stock ones as there nasty looking

My new molkt 28mm carb and airfilter

Here's my bike so far, litterally all cosmetic changes. Handquards, mirrors, removed decals, a few new stickers, removed pillion pegs (that weigh a ton)
Got a pod filter coming and a 102.5mm 110mm jet, new exhaust although not the DEP as it's pricey :( for now going to go with the Lextek slip on. Protaper bars and KTM grips, DID chain soon too!
Let me know what you think...
The cosmetic mods you've done so far are nice! Loving the mirrors I have similar ones I need to fit and seeing them on your bike has convinced me to hurry up and get them put on they make the bike more aggressive looking! Liking this bike in orange defo ktm look a like
Just a small update on the bike fitted the brand new Dep downpipe and also fitted a performance ignition coil and change the ht cable to red and fitted ngk cap aswell! Also fitted the new mirrors :thumbsup:Attachment 14980Attachment 14981Attachment 14981Attachment 14982Attachment 14983 that's my bike pretty much fully modded now just to order and install an oil cooler and maybe a few other bits and bobs but best mods where the 150cc big bore kit and the bigger carb along with the full Dep system money well spent the bikes topping out over 80mph and before the mods I would get 50-55 mph
Out of curiosity where did you get the down pipe from? I'm looking at a new down pipe for mine as it's rusted through and was thinking of making one, but if there's one off the shelf that would be preferred.
You'll need to order the DEP down pipe from sinnis by giving there parts department a call there's a waiting list for them apparently but I didn't wait too long ,oh and it costs around £130 and I'd recommend paying another £199 and getting the end can as well it completely changes the sound of the bike and gives a decent gain in performance and is very very light unlike the stock exhaust :)
Attachment 15071Attachment 15072 just a small update of the bike ,fitted the oil cooler kit and the programable performance CDI unit! Oil cooler is quite large but seems to be working perfect and I had a long 3 hour drive today and it kept nice and cool and also the performance CDI has made a difference aswell and have been playing about with the diffrent curves highly recommended mods if you have extra cash oh and also fitted a diffrent front mud guard :)
Nice bike!!! :D
The radiator its just plug and play? I ask that because i just ordered on from taobao, and i'm thinking if its too hard to mount.
and how much its your top speed now? :o
Thanks :) If you ordered the same oil cooler kit as me you should get everything to fit it to your bike .The coolers pretty much plug and play and you get brackets to attach the cooler to the bike frame! where i installed the cooler on my bike was probably the best option, the only issue i did have was i had to use a dremal tool and cut a piece of plastic of back of the mud guard as the cooler was almost catching it when turning but again it derpends what kinda bike your fitting it too..... other than that it's been all good! :)
