So far no issues with the tank after the ride. She rode well and I noticed that when I had it idling low sometimes the rpm dipped as if I wanted to shut off. I adjusted it and had it to how it sounds like on the heist. I'd rev the bike and seemed that it ran at a higher rpm for about 30-40 seconds then the rpm would come back down. But I think it's time to put some more miles on her. It high chance of rain so I won't be riding tonight but maybe tomorrow.

Guys just remember to do a pre-post inspection after each ride. This motor will wiggle things loose. As you could see on my previous post picture. Bolt fell out just warming the bike up.

Nope, It is all lights and the two control cables. I'm glad you got your leak stopped.

Terrible, I think the newer bikes come with a larger run jet stock, but I haven't got int the carb yet.

My battery seems to be sealed good, no leaks or corrosion yet.

Are you referring to the rev idle issue? Cause that doesn't bother me but if it can be fixed ill Skype with ya. But be warned its nice sunny and warm here you might catch me in a tshirt or tank top.
It may even make you want to move here. Lol

but i did get a couple of squirts of primer on the tank. the fender is ready for a wet sand @ 600grit then the gloss. the bottom left back of the front fender has a peculiar looking dent.
i did not notice untill finished prime. i have 2 fenders and they both have this dent. i bet all
fenders have. check it out, then check in. the tank has weird stuff too. the shape of the top is not even round. there is a strange edge shape. the stripe and wicked deep clearcoat kind of act as a distraction. i am making the front fender and tank super high gloss black. i am going to leave the rear fender the way it is original stripe included, and paint the bottom part of it glossy. i think that would look cool, like its one long fender instead of two short ones.

Bob do you have the 2012 model? Do you have pics? when I go into you guys profiles I can not see any of your pics, what's up with that? I am happy to hear you are not having any problems with yours bob. and you as well chruk. Man i am so excited to get mine!!

terrible, I have the 2012, The problems I've had so far were easy fixes. Goodbar and the others give great advice and hands on detailed directions on how to fix the most common ailments.
