Does that matter when buying a sprocket? and I thought the 16t front sprocket didnt fit will because of some spacers it didnt have and made a loud clunking noise when you shift? its a 2008 qingqi 200 what size chain do they come with

The sprocket has to be the correct one for the size of chain. I guess that you have a 428 chain. To make sure measure the pitch as some bikes did come with 520 chains and matching sprockets. 428 will be 12.5 mm and 520 will be 15.8 mm.
Front sprockets are notoriously difficult to source for these bikes.
It sounds easier to just get a 39rear
The 16t front sprocket myself and david3921 mentioned be before will fit, it comes with a spacer that you DO NOT need, we both have this sprocket on our bikes and it bolts right on.
Your bike has a 420 chain and that is what this sprocket is made for.
can anyone tell me about how many RPM their bike is turning at 60mph with the 16t front sprocket and factory rear?
I just noticed the other day i had the bike wide open throttle and was only able to hit 65 and i need 60 to be a cruising speed
With my present 15/44 set of sprockets mine does 60 mph with around 6900 rpm showing on the revcounter. This isn't the most precise instrument in the world though. At this speed you're just 600 rpm short of the maximum torque (7500), so it should hold it OK for cruising.
Assuming yours came with 15/48 changing to 16/48 should be about the same.
I have just had a look at that sprocket. I didn't know it was available, thanks Matt. You can go directly to it following this link.

Thanks for all the info contained in this thread and indeed the entire site. best resource I've found for these qlinks. I have ordered the 550-16 sprocket along with the popular 125 and 35 jets. Will be doing an exhaust next. I also have a 44 tooth located should I wish to further raise the gearing.
I am going to go with a 16/44 or 45 add the FMF univeral muffler, put a KnN clamp on filter and take off the airbox, remove the SAI and jet the carb
If only we were just a little closer.... would be nice to have someone nearby with one of these that's enthusiastic about it. Not just stuck with it or trying to unload it on ebay/craigslist. Do a little research on removing the airbox before you go that route if you haven't already. These cv carbs apparently don't like that and won't show the expected gains, and worse still, may show losses. My background is in tuning forced induction cars so I don't know too much but a little reading showed sound reasoning. Resonance tuning and what not. I have a uni filter coming and will look later at possibly sourcing a suitable upgrade for the carb.
higher comp piston, carb, cam..... could be quick :)
