I would be up to it. My current winter outfit is my summer mesh suit with layers inside and an additional layer of snowboard jacket and pants on top. Held up pretty well when I transferred the bike from its winter cage to my home.

As I said: don't get to excited about the whole hand/guard drilling thing. I tried on sunday but after 30 minutes I managed to drill in onlz about 2 cm and had already wasted two drill heads (one crabby chinese one and one high-class from Germany which was twice the price of the handguards). So I guess a new handlebar is our only option.

Sunday is fine with me. 9 o'clock somewhere around Xizhimen?
