Heading down the trail from Jiaju Village, Zhanggu Town, Sichuan on Lifan 150 GY-IIIs 2004. We paid around $US 480 each for these and did two tours. About 4500 km total. They did not miss a beat. We had to tighten engine mount bolts and exhaust studs and securing bolts after a couple of days. Chinese manufacturers had not heard of Nylock nuts back then. We carried thread cement and took care of the lack of those ourselves.
Just returned to Shenzhen after riding Hohhot - Mohe - Fuyuan - Harbin. RR coming soon but here's a sneak peek

Just a teaser on the upcoming RR about Lobotomous and me riding from Qiqihaer to Beijing. This one is near Xanadu/上堵 and the peak on the left hand side is actually an old beacon tower from the Yuan dynasty.
Kind of curious why those 2 tents are so far apart? Is there a story behind it? Are we to find out in your upcoming RR?
