Both of those are options, however try to find one in the market.
But if you compare them on power they are lesser options however they also cost less then the X2.
Why would the RX3 weigh 175 kg dry it has to be its curb weight, unless it has bricks in the boxes.
They never get it right in China, Zongshen may be stating the weight with boxes as well. They list it in two version one with boxes and one without, but the weight is the same, that is simply goofy as it should be listed with boxes as optional and without them in the weight and with their weight as well.
Problem is in stating the weight on both versions as 175kg…things that make go hmm.
I think both the Qingqi and Jialing are decent bikes….the former is hard to get a hold of the later may be as well.

I've seen these in the UK already Piaggio branded, must be okay for a european brand to have its name stamped on it.

So that is the angle I look at them. If my TMEC listed for $3200, no deal. Keep that in mind for the Piaggio.
