I like yanjing beer. Skunky, funky, and oh so good.
Not really got anything against Qingdao beer, but in Shandong province arguably the number 1 producer of beer in China I personally highly recommend Taishan beer.

泰山原浆 Taishan Yuan Jiang, my personal favorite, unfiltered, unpasteurized wheat beer, only about 2.5%. Goes bad quicker than milk, with a 7 day lifespan, and batches vary in quality. However when you get a good one they are great, 7-10 yuan in a restaurant, nice.

The beer at Bad Monkey in Dali is excellent specifically the Amber....As well Dali Beer itself is quite good with absolutely no after taste ...very smooth.
Honestly, I'll take any beer. TsingTao seems like the easiest ones to order for me LOL.
