We are located in Shanghai (Hongqiao) and are opening this month a 620sqm shop called Powersports Distribution.
We just sold 2 Goldwing (no ABS version). We have another one coming full options but airbag in white but already sold.
We ofcourse deliver with plate (Shanghai) and insurance. I'll have to check if we can arrange directly a Beijing plate for you.
In any case, we'll provide you Customs papers and CCC docs if you want to handle registration by yourself upthere.

Wow! This is most impressive, and good on you for doing this. I'll suppress my intense curiosity about how you get these berthas into China and properly papered, but I will say it's extremely encouraging that you've found a method.

Are you setting up shop only as a importer/distributor, or will you have a showroom, parts and service too? Only for Honda? Do you have a hand in the recent news that Suzuki will be importing some heavy thunder (Hayabusa!!)? Other brands? (You did mention the big bimmer, though BMW already has several authorized importers in Shanghai and Beijing.)

Would love to visit your operations, and I expect I'm not the only Shanghai denizen who would!
