On one of these.... 3-4 hours if not more.
More air isn't the only part of the equation. Especially running atmospheric. You have to manage the airflow both in terms of volume and velocity. Especially on small engines or you won't have shit for torque.

Removing the airbox and on these CV carbs will kill your power for sure. CV type carbs have to have a certain volume of air flow to work correctly.
Just by an aftermaket racing filter and put it in the stock airbox.
what about a larger carb?
You could put a larger carb or even a different type of carb...there is alot of talk on here about slide carbs.
If you went with a slide carb you could stay the same size as stock and actually gain air flow because of the way they work.

The carb from the dr200 maybe ( it's bigger right? ) or a slide carb of appropriate size. Something like that I reckon. For the time being just run a moose or uni replacement filter. That along with jetting and exhaust changes should net a tangible improvement.
