Hey that's my bike :) This got a lot of attention, too bad I don't sell those bikes because I would have made quite some money on that one...

Not a CJ 750 but close enough for government work. My 2012 Ural Yamal (1937 BMW clone:lol8:) at Bald River Falls outside of Tellico Plains,TN USA.
Dear Vince,
Nice to see you posting in MCM again. The Ural looks great, and a bit more professionally put together than the jury-rigged CJs we mostly see over here.
Which are you riding more -- the Ural or the exquisite W650?
cheers!
I ride the Ural the most because my monkey likes it so much. However after riding the Ural the W650 feels like a rocket ship.

Great photos, thanks for posting.
Awesome pix, Geronimo! Thanks for sharing!
Is this CJ based in Europe now, or did you ship it there for this event?
Have you posted anywhere about the event? I'd love to read about it from the point of view of a rider, and I'd really like to hear how other sidecarists responded to seeing a pristine Changjiang from China!
thanks again!

Is it distasteful to show up at the memorial event on a nazi replica bike? Did anyone care?
I dn't see a problem with it but them frenchers sure enjoy a good reason to get offended.
All tarted and farkled CJ in Beijing....
meanwhile i own 4 CJ's (3 road-ready no 4 will be finished in a few days) so due to that i shipped 1 solo and the repop sidecar to my homelocation in Germany
for the respond on the ride most People mixed here with a real bimmer - i run 16inch tyres which was also the rubber-combo on the real R75 rigs so even more people "bought" it
so far Feedback was OK - noone was offended even the French liked her
just to Keep the mood down we have been wearing US Outfit to represent a "liberated" motorbike used by allied Forces
after 8 weeks seafreight the 2 bikes arrived in germany

I am staying in Dongguan City now and can you guys tell me where can I buy one of this unit and for how much?
If you want to ride in dongguan or pretty much any chinese city your options are electric bike of push bike.
If you want to ride outside of cities, then those three sidecars you saw listed elsewhere actually look like a pretty sweet deal. They will most likely sell quite fast in shanghai so i'd get in touch to see if he can ship one for you.

I caught up with this beautiful Rolls Royce the other day on my Ural.
I have four 50 bags of Black Kow (cow manure) in my sidecar for my attempt at growing American Chestnuts. The Chestnuts in our area were wiped out by a blight back in the 1930's. Hopefully the ones I am trying to grow will be blight resistant.
finally all my bikes made it to Europe
[
now they are waiting for registration or - 2 of them - for a new owner

A few pics of mine.
Why would you put BMW badges on a bike that is not a BMW ?
