Mirror mod, 2" of foam removed from seat, 44 tooth rear sprocket.
1300k so far with no issues! Loving the bike so far!!
Spaz, can't see your picture... Glad you like your bike. I like mine very much too, 1100km with no issues and one mod: removed the rubber thingy of the gear changing lever. Your mirror mod in other thread is interesting though.

Temperature around 10C and raining. With my worn out enduro coat hated the rain.
Here is my SRC250 - Distributed by a company called Bigboy Scooters
This is actually a AGB-36 from the Apollo Company.

So far the Electric starter gave in, the kick starter lever bent, shock seals blew out, rims buckled.
What we did:
Replaced front and rear shocks, replaced rims with aluminum units, removed half the unnecessary electric switches - only has kill switch and starter button.
The engine is a star, keeps up with the Japanese stuff on the trails and outruns them on straights, with correct sprocket configuration.:naughty:
After the shock changes I could chase the jap stuff on the MX track and take medium jumps.
I've been spending quite a bit of time exploring the back roads of Eastern Oregon this summer on my 07 Lifan 200 GY5. Took a 250 km ride yesterday with a friend who has the same model. Mine now has 18,700 km and the engine has never missed a beat.
