GN 250 engine? Probably a CB250N/CMX250 copy engine. Look no oil filter cover.
Sweet looking bike, would def peel those flame stickers off too.

Right on Bro. My Huonio is also branded Haotian, Lexmoto Vixen, Firebird, Better BT 125 and ooodles more. The good Forchetto has listed about a dozen different brand names for another 'brand' for the same bike.

Better BT125 is another manufacturer (WMI: LFK)

They are actually Peoples Motors out of Hong Kong. With an WMI of “LZE” that’s for World Manufacturer Index, the first three characters of the VIN# L signifies the origin country of China the ZE is supposed to represent the factory.
