Just ordered my Dong Fang from Chad at www.extremescooters.biz. Thanks for the help Barnone and Gumpsta! Chad is very quick at returning Emails, hopefully the rest of the transaction goes smoothly. I ordered FLAT black, we will see if that is what I get.
I bit the bullet also today and ordered one from extremescooters. If all goes well it should be here in 6-7 days, not holding my breath though. Hopefully all goes well.

Yes sr I did. I also painted the blinkers and tail lights with translucent paint and the chrom ignition cover with flat black.

I just happened to find this thread while looking for reviews on the Bobber that I found through the Scooter Depot. And I liked the look of it and price. But i have little experience on fixing a bike or riding. And i am completely new to Chinese bikes. SO would this be a good bike for someone with my lack of knowledge.
