I am pretty sure that Rebel USA is assembling in Vietnam and considering the bike is not common, it would have to have some design engineering behind it. It is coming to Vietnam as parts and being assembled there.
It seems to be either with air cooled and also a water cooled twin, but not of a standard size? Maybe the water cooled is the 250?

The engine fits in that bike, but the 175cc version only has 13hp. If it had an engine that offered 20-25hp then it be more interesting and they mention a 250cc version is coming next.
It looks to be oil cooled?
The build quality does not look bad on the bikes, least not in the images.

That engine actually looks at home in that bike, that twin looks ok with a black finish in a modern design.
I would like to see it with the 300cc version, see the what is this thread.

Loncin set up subsidiary in Nanjing for precision machining, they capitalized the subsidiary with 22.5M RMB and sold a 35% stake to Nemak for 17.5M RMB. Roughly a 6.5M USD capital investment.

Loncin new CR5 is being introduced with a 11kw 200cc single, its what I would call a nice inexpensive bike.

However the muffler is way too large for any bike IMO.
I would like to see a CR6 with the 300cc single engine they manufacture.
Same style just a bit more substantial....
