Here's my bike so far, litterally all cosmetic changes. Handquards, mirrors, removed decals, a few new stickers, removed pillion pegs (that weigh a ton)
Got a pod filter coming and a 102.5mm 110mm jet, new exhaust although not the DEP as it's pricey :( for now going to go with the Lextek slip on. Protaper bars and KTM grips, DID chain soon too!
Let me know what you think...
Re: My rmr custom tank graphics
The cosmetic mods you've done so far are nice! Loving the mirrors I have similar ones I need to fit and seeing them on your bike has convinced me to hurry up and get them put on they make the bike more aggressive looking! Liking this bike in orange defo ktm look a like

Re: My rmr custom tank graphics
Just a small update on the bike fitted the brand new Dep downpipe and also fitted a performance ignition coil and change the ht cable to red and fitted ngk cap aswell! Also fitted the new mirrors :thumbsup:Attachment 14980Attachment 14981Attachment 14981Attachment 14982Attachment 14983 that's my bike pretty much fully modded now just to order and install an oil cooler and maybe a few other bits and bobs but best mods where the 150cc big bore kit and the bigger carb along with the full Dep system money well spent the bikes topping out over 80mph and before the mods I would get 50-55 mph
Re: My rmr custom tank graphics
Out of curiosity where did you get the down pipe from? I'm looking at a new down pipe for mine as it's rusted through and was thinking of making one, but if there's one off the shelf that would be preferred.
Re: My rmr custom tank graphics
You'll need to order the DEP down pipe from sinnis by giving there parts department a call there's a waiting list for them apparently but I didn't wait too long ,oh and it costs around £130 and I'd recommend paying another £199 and getting the end can as well it completely changes the sound of the bike and gives a decent gain in performance and is very very light unlike the stock exhaust :)

Re: My rmr custom tank graphics
Attachment 15071Attachment 15072 just a small update of the bike ,fitted the oil cooler kit and the programable performance CDI unit! Oil cooler is quite large but seems to be working perfect and I had a long 3 hour drive today and it kept nice and cool and also the performance CDI has made a difference aswell and have been playing about with the diffrent curves highly recommended mods if you have extra cash oh and also fitted a diffrent front mud guard :)
Re: My rmr custom tank graphics
Nice bike!!! :D
The radiator its just plug and play? I ask that because i just ordered on from taobao, and i'm thinking if its too hard to mount.
and how much its your top speed now? :o
Re: My rmr custom tank graphics
Thanks :) If you ordered the same oil cooler kit as me you should get everything to fit it to your bike .The coolers pretty much plug and play and you get brackets to attach the cooler to the bike frame! where i installed the cooler on my bike was probably the best option, the only issue i did have was i had to use a dremal tool and cut a piece of plastic of back of the mud guard as the cooler was almost catching it when turning but again it derpends what kinda bike your fitting it too..... other than that it's been all good! :)
