putting a 250cc in a 125cc Sinnis Apache/ pulse adrenaline / superbyke rmr125
Ok so im getting a Sinnis Apache 125cc soon.
Once i do my test and what not, is there a 250cc engine that i am abel to slap in there.
The engine is a cg125 copy and there are cg250's out there would that work
Re: putting a 250cc in a 125cc Sinnis Apache/ pulse adrenaline / superbyke rmr125
the sinnis apache uses a Suzuki GN-125 engine not a CG125

a cg125 engine is from a honda just look at a comparison of the two engines the suzuki engine produces abit more power than that of the CG125
you can make any 250cc engine fit its just how good you are with frame modifications

aha nice to know well the key part of fitting a bigger engine is does the head clear the bottom of the fuel tank is there space for it, how heavy and what affect it will have on the strength of the frame, most crutial part is the engine mounts being perfectly centered or you'll be going through chains and sprockets quicker than fuel

well i have found out that Sinnis are brining out a 250 version of the apache, so hopefully i will just be able to buy one of those and slap it in there. from looking at the pics of the engine your right they are just a copy of the gn125 hope fully will be the same for the 250
Re: putting a 250cc in a 125cc Sinnis Apache/ pulse adrenaline / superbyke rmr125
the frame is slightly different in the 250cc version

Re: putting a 250cc in a 125cc Sinnis Apache/ pulse adrenaline / superbyke rmr125
this idea has already been though about its a different engine the 250 is a TU250 engine its heavvier and mounts differently hence why its held differently compared to the 125 or 200cc engine

Re: putting a 250cc in a 125cc Sinnis Apache/ pulse adrenaline / superbyke rmr125
I have, they only sell parts for the engine and not as a whole
Re: putting a 250cc in a 125cc Sinnis Apache/ pulse adrenaline / superbyke rmr125
the 200cc and the 125 share the same bottom end all that is essentially different is the cylinder, cylinder head, piston and carb this job has already been done before by some guy in portugal but with the 150cc head
