2012 CF650TR for sale

CFMOTO CF650TR (CF650-2) 2012 in red, ~11,800km (mileage may increase as bike ridden from time to time), 100% legally plated (Ningbo [NETD Zone]), compulsory motorcycle 3rd party insurance, inspection up-to-date.

Location: Bike located and plated/registered in Ningbo NETD Zone which is ~250km south of Shanghai located on the eastern coastline. The Ningbo NETD Zone can be reached via a 3 hour bus from the Shanghai South Railway Station, or about the same time by fast train to Ningbo city then either bus or subway-MRT line to the NETD Zone.

About: 650cc, in-line 2 cylinder, 6 speed MT, 75 HP. Mileage: <12000km, yes only 12K km.
Recently serviced (oil & filters). Genuine reason for sale = BMW GS purchase (5 bikes in garage).

Have swapped the after market tall screen in photos above with a new OEM tall screen. Tall screens are very difficult to buy from the factory for whatever reason, so pretty lucky to obtain one after months of waiting and haggling. The difference between the two screens is that the after market screen is a thinner perspex/plastic and it has a few different angles including a upward curvature nearing the top of the screen whereas the OEM tall screen does not.

Regardless all screens (both tall and the standard screen) will be provided to purchaser.

Bike has just had inspection this past week, no issues. Bike good to go for another two years. Still awaits new home. Need to make way for the new ride which arrived this past week.

How does the pannier protection crash bar looks like? Was it an aftermarket version or something you need to fabricate oneself?

The bars protect the front - of each pannier... frontal area as in toward the front of the bike and not the frontal area of the pannier itself. Takes a bit of time and effort to fit them as need to remove the side panels, the apnniers themselves... a bit of labour and tongue movements aside from tools.

Thanks for the links. The protectors look hefty and bulky too. It does not cover the side of the panniers though. Is it heavy?

Updated photos. Bike is still for sale after several interested parties expressed interest and the usual email/phone call ping-pong - all but one turned out to be no shows, all foreigners based in SH or thereabouts. The only one who travelled down from SH with his wife and stayed in the local Howard Johnson, wanted to buy the bike - but he didn't have a D or E category on his C1. Once again he hadn't realised this oversight when he obtained the PRC DL using his USA issued DL (which he has a motorcycle endorsement on).

As stated, not interested in tyre kickers, or time wasters. GENUINE enquiries only.

A few extras have been fitted... Specific 650TR 2-3cm bar risers. Specific wiring with relay for the SEGER horns.

This is a great bike for the money... Half the price of a new one and loaded, absolutely loaded with extras I have fitted myself. No wrench monkeys working on this bike.

Open to realistic offers... not in any specific rush to sell the bike.

I can assist any Shanghaiers with getting the bike plated here in their name, for an additional fee.

With the TR-G going so well people could consider your bike at the reduced price or pay 68.000 RMB Inc Taxs and plate for the new "G"

Yes Tony all's well done over 33.000km on the "G"and runs still like new in Croatia just now heading back North hope to be back in China in about 4 weeks time but the trip as been so good that could end up being 6/8 weeks lol

All this way why rush back to the shit food bad driving and the general bullshit you get in China.

Seems like there is a heavy depreciation on the CFMOTO 650 bikes, dropping a third out of the showroom and to half the value within the first two years, is this correct in terms of everyone else's experience?

Have bought a few extras including new LHS and RHS footpeg mounting brackets, and a pair of footpegs too. Visual inspection of the original pair of footpeg mounts using a magnifying glass hasn't revealed any visible cracks. I have never whacked the footpegs against any solid object, so I've left the original foot peg mounting brackets in situ.
