Insiders Experience has been providing bespoke and adventurous journeys off the beaten track in China since 2008 in Shanghai, Xian, Lijiang, Guilin and Sanya. We specialize in allowing people to travel without being tourists.

Guilin Insiders was born in 2013 following the invitation of holiday resort Club Med to become their service provider for excursions. We provide them with vintage sidecar tours as well as vintage jeep tours. We are planning to launch buggy tours in 2016.

We are currently looking for our new office manager:

Tasks:
- Lead tours driving passengers around the countryside
- Manage the fleet of vehicles
- Manage our client relationship
- Liaise with HQ
- Overview finances
- Constantly improve the experience of our passengers on tours
- Find ways to better promote our tours towards our prospects
- Identify opportunities for new business
- Manage the team of drivers and insiders

Requirements:
- Hold a car and motorbike license in China (C1) or in your home country
- Speak fluent Chinese as 70% of our passengers are Chinese
- Speak fluent English. Any other language (French, Korean, etc.) would be a big plus.
- Be outgoing and care about others
- Be familiar with Chinese traffic
- Be responsible and autonomous

The job comes with a work (Z) visa, health insurance and housing.
Pay will be according to experience.
