Aboshi,
Here is one by our own ChinaV, different bike but same procedure with a few differences.

Pretty much the same as our bobber. I had to use an impact screw driver to remove the four screws that holds the plate covering the nut that you can use to turn the engine to get to the TDC mark. Another difference is you remove the three bolts to remove the valve cover instead of removing the two round valve covers.
Edit: Manual and sticker on frame both say .06mm intake and .08mm exhaust.

Almost no clearance on the valves. So tight that I though I was not at TDC. So easy to check on the bobber.
Did my third oil change on my Qlink XF200 at 2000km and still had a little metal on the MDP.
Re: Anyone Know Of Dong Fang DF250RTB Bobber?
how long did it take to do the valve job?
Re: Anyone Know Of Dong Fang DF250RTB Bobber?
Looks like you are having fun, Gardo. Here's how to mount those pix in MCM:
Just right click on the image you want to link and "copy image URL", and then click on the image button above your MCM text window, paste in the link, and voila!

and as promised

Valve adjustment took me about an hour because they tightened the four screws on that engine cover so tight that I had to find and use my impact screw driver.

The screws in that chrome cover were a bitch to get out. I notice that they seem to over tighten the fasteners which I guess is better than not tight enough.
Next time twenty minutes. No tank to remove, no plastic to remove, easy access to the rocker arms, etc
I should have bought one of these years ago. On sale at store for $299

BTW, Nice pics but how about some with you riding the bike?

barnone:
Did you ever find out what sprockets will fit?
I just ordered black muffler wrap, drag bars, led blinkers, and a magnetic oil plug so it will be ready to drop in the second the bike gets here. Next on the list is sprockets and possible rejetting if needed, and that should hold me off until it gets warmer. Also how is the vibration from the motor? The bike I rented in DR would make my hands go numb after 5 mins and I believe it was the same motor.
Re: Anyone Know Of Dong Fang DF250RTB Bobber?
Funny, I ordered that sheepskin from New Zealand at the same time that I ordered the sprocket and jets from the USA and it arrived yesterday but still no jets or sprocket.
There is vibrations from the engine which I think that bar end weights will reduce. Actually I think that I will order bar end mirrors like these on my Qlink XF200
http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x...endmirror1.jpg
and that should reduce the vibration like it did on the Q.

Re: Anyone Know Of Dong Fang DF250RTB Bobber?
I like those bar end mirrors, how much did you pick them up for? I found a few for $80+ but that seems like to much for 1-3" mirrors.
