superbyke ignition fault

hello everyone i have a superbike rmr 125 witch is good fun to ride but on the way to work it cut out on me, the main fuse had blown. when i put a new one it it blow as soon as i turn the key. ive replaced the voltage regulator and my bike started but as soon as i pulled off on it it cut out and now when i turn the key nothing happens no lights work and the bike dosent turn over but the fuse hasnt blown, ive checked the voltage regulator with a multi-meter the plug with two wire has 12v but the plug with three wiers only have one volt from each wire, is the generator broken? thanks for reading i will be waiting for a reply as i need to use my bike to get to work.
