New Adventure Rider Magazine

I came across this on the F650.com website earlier today. Looks like some of the inmates over at ADVRider.com decided to create a magazine about, you guessed it, Adventure Riding.

Since by definition any riding done in China is Adventure Riding, I thought I'd share.

I ordered the current and two previous issues today. I'll let you all know if their worth the money. Price is a little steep. I'm guessing because the magazines are produced to order, so volumes are low.

Thanks for the heads up. I already got a copy of it. Interesting job these guys are doing and they layout is pretty good.

Like all these rags they've only got a few contributors but the stories and photography seem to be pretty good. Let me know what you think when you get your copies.

Was the content mostly about larger ADV bikes ? I'm curious because I am interested in the smaller bikes like the XT225.

I only have the Nov/Dec issue but it's basically an international trip report magazine mostly riding Africa Twins and the big 1200 Beemerz. Not sure how much they'll cover the smaller displacement rides but there's no indication as of yet that they object to them.

Sounds like the mag is not my cup of tea. I'll wait for Dan's impression of the current issue before I order any.
