Looks like the Vimeo is still converting as of this reply. The embedded video frame works though so should be no problem!
Even though youtube might not work in China, if you put up the embedded video here, it will still be visible by others.

delete this version on Vimeo and make a new upload, I have had the same problem last week. Somethimes there are "Ghosts" inside the lines or it was to much traffic.
