I used to have one just like that a long time ago. Traded a 1959 Vespa GS for it. The wrist pin bearing (caged needle bearing) eventually gave out and destroyed the engine.

That's also called a gudgeon pin, the location inside the piston were the piston arm connect to the actual piston. For those who had no idea, its the location that has to be made of the best metal very high force at that location and it is isolated from oil circulation.

I considered importing one, but stopped considering because they required leaded gas. I did not want to be adding lead to the gas, it's just so wrong.
