The company looks like they are doing good job marketing the products, but that does not mean much.
I would like to see online manuals and part indexes, imagine you need a part or maintenance specs if there is not a dealer then what? That is what you get with online ordering, what you see may be what you get as support…nothing. It may be there and done over the phone, but how do you know that?
The problem with these companies is that many sell all the same products and under different names, in that the one that sets up comprehensive support could end up having it copied or usurped and who ever does the work bears the costs and looses competitive pricing in that? The cost of holding supporting and indexing parts, then the competition uses that and they sell for less because they do not have the costs to support it.
It explains why you see no shop manuals or comprehensive parts diagrams and or shopping carts for the bikes, which in many instances are all the same.
