That's a very logical application of a 250cc water cooled single.

That's a very logical application of a 250cc water cooled single.
I like this better then the Shineray….it just is more appealing to my taste. They seem to share the same frame design though these are just more cool looking to me.
I think this bike and the naked street bike are great pair….

I hope these will make it to the US
Yeah, i like the red one!!:icon10:
I think we discussed this before, but Massimo is no longer the distributor for yingang in the US. On the company's home page, the link to yingangusa is broken--I guess we will not see either bike in the US :eek2:
It is hard not to want one of the YG250-NF particularly when you see them advertised for under $2,500.00 delivered.
I wish that Yingang set up its own distribution system in the USA.
Maybe they could partner with another company for distribution?
But they really do have to improve the build quality, we know the bikes are dodgy. But Yingang is paying attention they are very good about that, new and improved parts have been sent out to owners in china.
They need $500,000.00 to invest, then they need to hire ten employees. In return they get margins on the sales and also a set of green cards for one Chinese family. If they invest one million American then two families get green cards and they then must hire twenty employees.
The money is an investment and under federal laws entitles the investor to US citizenship, which includes their immediate family. .
They could use that money to buy inventory and to also hire staff, it is their capital but must be held in a international fund trust in the USA.
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EB-5_visa
USD500,000 :eekers: Thats a lot to bargein for :eek2: what you guys think??
and what will Honda require for investment....USD5,000,000??:icon10:
They could use that money to buy inventory and to also hire staff!!:deal:
Now i see why few companies can toss that amount to..its tight business!
mmmm very nice
just a little modifications on the brakes and tail light and also number plate make it most wanted offroad with LC engine
i like this company ....
@mjh : do they have any plane for bigger rims like 18/21
and i wonder if u have more photos of this bike ?
I do not know....however Shineray has an off road version of that same engine.

Honda has nothing do with it, these are federally regulated trust funds that take investments in exchange for green cards, then they loan out the funds to investors that create jobs. I personally would not consider a powers sports distribution company profitable enough to invest in. It could be part of a larger global distribution system though…The International Funds have to be well managed, so in that they review all business proposals and would not likely invest in ones that do not show high potentials.
Nima do you have a YG200-9?
http://i784.photobucket.com/albums/y...ang/200GY8.jpg
I like those they are a low budget copy of a BMW F650GS.
http://i784.photobucket.com/albums/y...S-static-1.jpg
I wonder if YG could make a better version of the YG200-9, maybe a YG250 and make it closer to the BMW?
yes , more than 3 years and 35000 km
a little modifications has happened and this one came out

on this specific bike the space between carb and top of frame won't let you use any other carb bigger than the stock , old style so we had to cut the frame to fit the
new mikuni tm 36 and weld it back .after that the bike reevs like a true enduro 250 ....i hope on new yingang we dont need to cut anything... kinda like this bike
Yingang is having some troubles in selling their motorcycles in the USA. These are primarily do to their choice in business affiliates in the USA.
The models they offer have EPA certification but do not meet other federal regulations, specially the regulations of the NHSTA.
They are required to define what they are selling and through who they sell as well as maintain records of all initial customers They are not and not doing so makes selling the motorcycles in violation of federal regulations.
They need a better affiliate in the USA, they need a better distributor, but they also need to have that affiliate represented in the factory to insure the highest quality off the assembly line.
So what gets imported gets tracked and recorded and in that supported and in that any improvements or revisions get implemented at the customer level.
That requires coded Vehicle Numbers and associated databases. It requires high quality schematic as parts diagrams and associated part numbers, if one gets revised then the list gets revised. They also need servicing documents that are in moveable font that can be translated and edited into other languages. It is all a mater of digital file management. If done correctly it insures customer satisfaction and in that builds brand recognition and subsequently customer loyalty.
Such a system can be linked to the internet and in that becomes a distributed information system, it allow every node of the network to link. It is about working smarter rather then working harder.
The US market is best to patent this process, it has low volumes and has total access to information systems at all levels. Having that here enables to implement it in other markets when and as they become more digitally empowered.
As the industry evolves mergers will be not based on only manufacturing capabilities but on established distribution systems, which are not only based on mere sales numbers but on the sustainability of those in that they are managed intelligently and efficiently.
Maybe it is the Science and Technology of Yingang that interests me most?

Here is a easy to understand document relating to procedures to meet the federal regulations for any specific individual motorcycle manufacturer.
http://www.nhtsa.gov/cars/rules/maninfo/mcpkg002.pdf
There are civil penalties for not complying. No more then $1,100.00 per violation and as much $925,000.00 for a series of violations.
Civil penalties are not criminal, so it is up to the NHSTA as how they handle infractions, the NHSTA will likely issue a order to stop selling and meet compliance. If thwarted then NHSTA can file a civil case and go after the manufacture for fines and damages.
Here is the thing; having a system in place to track recalls is the same as having a system to manage after sales support. So coding and tracking actually makes the manufacturer more organized and in that more efficient.
They are still offering Yingang products.
